Cookie policy

The rostrans.pl website uses cookies for its operation. Using the website means that you agree to their storage or use.

What are cookies?

Cookies are short text information stored on your computer, phone, tablet or other device. They can be read by the Data Controller, as well as by systems belonging to other entities whose services it uses (such as Google). Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the length of time they are stored on the end device and a unique number. For more information on cookies, please visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

What do we use cookies for?

The cookies used on the website do not store personal data or other information collected from the User. The website uses a cookie to identify your browser session so that you can use the features of the website. The use of cookies does not allow the collection of any personal or address data of the User or any confidential information from their device.

Cookies are used for the following purposes: maintaining the security of the service and preventing fraud, facilitating website performance, recording visits for marketing and statistical purposes, using social features, supporting website personalisation (e.g. storing language settings). Cookies may also be used and stored by partners cooperating with the Data Controller – they are then subject to the cookie policies or privacy policies of the entities storing them.

The controller reserves the right to use the Google Tag Manager tool for marketing purposes. This involves the use of cookies from Google, for example Google Ads codes.

We use ‘permanent’ and ‘session’ cookies. ‘Permanent’ cookies remain in the browser of the device until they are deleted by the user or until a predetermined time specified in the parameters of the cookie. ‘Session’ cookies remain in your browser until you switch it off or log out of the website on which they were stored.

Management of cookies

When a User accesses the Website for the first time, the Data Controller asks the User about the scope of processing and use of cookies through a displayed message (banner).

By default, however, the browser allows the use of cookies on your device. You can change these settings in your browser – however, disabling or restricting the use of cookies may cause difficulties in using the Website.
